The Second Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in November
At 4:00 pm on Nov. 23, the second regular meeting of the student affairs leading group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in November was held in Conference Room 502, No. 2 Teaching Building. Yu Xiaozhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Deputy Secretary Yu Xiaozhou arranged work for the near term
1. Arrange the year-end summary work for 2021, including the overall work, the party history study and education, the minority students related work management. It is required to carefully sort out the major achievements and shortcomings in the past year and plan the work priorities for 2022.
2. Formulate an important activity plan for student work in 2022. Make full use of the opportunity of the 70th anniversary of the university to further strengthen communication with alumni and invite them to share their growth experience.
3. Do a good job in compiling a series of materials such as work yearbook.
4. Continue to promote the employment of graduates. Continue to promote the employment of graduates of 2021; Do a good job in the employment guidance for graduates of 2022. All grades should strengthen the interpretation of employment policies, help students establish a correct outlook on employment and improve their employment competitiveness.
5. Prepare for the 2022 New Year's Day Party of the school. We should innovate the party process, do a good job in the connection of all links, and make full use of the party carrier to give full play to the role of example education.
6. Promote "fraud prevention and anti-fraud" among students. We should strengthen the learning and publicity, supervise and guide the students to master the "fraud prevention and anti-fraud" ability.
