The First Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in November
At 10:00 a.m. on October 13, the first regular meeting of the student affairs leading group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in November was held in Conference Room 502, No. 2 Teaching Building. Du Yu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Participants reported the work progress and exchanged views
1. Du Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee and graduate counselor, reported the work progress in attending the regular meeting of the secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of the university, holding the regular meeting for all class monitors and Communist Youth League branch secretaries of the school, preparing for the 16th Communist Youth League Congress of the university, submitting the summary materials of the summer social practice, as well as the scientific and technological paper presentation, the 18th robotics competition, the selection of the Vibrant Youth League Branch, the nomination of the main speaker of the micro league class, Party membership promotion of Youth League branches, and the promotion of the employment of the graduate students in 2022.
2. Luo Caiwei, the employment instructor, mental health education instructor and counselor of Grade 2018, reported on the work progress in organizing and mobilizing college students' psychological survey, adjusting the organizational structure of psychological association, holding exchange meetings for exchange students and training for civil service examinations, employment information statistics of 2021 graduates, and statistics of employment promotion meetings of the school.
3. Mamat · Aierken, the instructor of student scholarships and grants and the counselor of Grade 2019, reported on the work progress in organizing English corner activities, participating in the special training for Xinjiang minority counselors in Hubei Province, updating the employment information database of minority students, as well as the evaluation of social category scholarships, classroom visits, and reporting of daily health information of the School.
4. Ding Yufeng, the instructor of the student union and counselor of Grade 2021, reported on the work progress in participating in the theme day activities of the temporary party branch of the Student Union and the Graduate Student Union, attending the class meetings of the new students, conducting working talks with the class monitors and branch secretaries, holding the working meeting of the team captains, and strengthening the basic civilization construction of students, sports meeting, and preparing for the Xiangyang Lecturer Group.
5. Liu Biao, the instructor of Party building and counselor of Grade 2020, reported on the work progress in holding the working meeting of class monitors, holding the meeting of Party branch secretaries, reviewing the files of new students' Party members, adjusting the setting of Party branches of graduate students, completing the training task of the 21st training course for development candidates, and promoting the transfer of organizational relations of graduate Party members in 2021.
II. Secretary Du Yu arranged work for the near term
1. Do a good job in publicity and education of epidemic prevention and control among students in school, strictly implement the daily health punch-in and late attendance work, do a good job in statistics of students' going out information, grasp the trajectory of students' trips, and remind students of all grades to strengthen physical exercise, and seek medical treatment in strict accordance with the procedures stipulated by the university when fever occurs.
2. Continue to strengthen safety education, implement the requirements of fire safety education month, and promote all classes to hold safety education theme class meetings to do a good job in the investigation of potential safety hazards.
3. Strengthen students' mental health education and do a good job in psychological interviews.
4. Continue to deepen the study and education of party history for students, and promote the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1st" important speech into the brain and heart.
5. Strengthen daily education and management, continue to strengthen basic civilization construction, and provide education and guidance.
6. Strengthen the employment guidance for the graduating class to enhance their employment competitiveness, and continue to do a good job in the employment of 2022 graduates.
7. Implement the requirements of the action plan for the construction of academic excellence among college students of the university, study and formulate the implementation rules for the construction of academic style in the school, and promote the continuous improvement of academic style.
8. All counselors should actively participate in relevant skills training to improve their personal working ability.
III. The participants discussed and formed a consensus on the annual assessment of class teachers.
