The Second Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in June

On the morning of June 18, the second regular meeting of the student affairs leading group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in June was held in Conference Room 502, No. 2 Teaching Building. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group and 1 part-time counselor attended the meeting.

I. Participants reported their work progress and exchanged views

Du Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee and graduate counselor, reported the work progress in the change of principal responsible persons of the organizations under Youth League Committee, school-enterprise cooperation art performance, summer voluntary support education of Xiaxinxumeng education assistance group, “Internet plus” competition, the organization and preparation for Energy Equipment Innovative Design Competition for China Postgraduate, transfer of graduate League organization membership, and the implementation of graduate employment program.

Ding Yufeng, the instructor of the student union and counselor of Grade 2017, reported on the work progress in graduation activities, change of principal responsible persons of the organizations under student union, the selection of assistant class adviser and the organization of graduation ceremony,   etc.

Luo Caiwei, the employment instructor, mental health education instructor and counselor of Grade 2018, reported on the work progress in 2022 employment guidance course, the compilation and printing of campus recruitment guide for the 2022 graduates, and employment subsidies for 2022 graduates, etc.

Maimaiti · Aierken, the instructor of student scholarships and grants and the counselor of Grade 2019, reported on the work progress in talent program approval, enrollment publicity, party history study and education activities for minority, vaccination statistics and epidemic investigation, etc.

Liu Biao, the instructor of Party building and counselor of Grade 2020, reported the work progress in the registration and training of the 20^th batch of development objects, the transfer of graduate Party members’ organizational relations and material filing, clean government education for graduate Party members, Party history knowledge competition, and the visit to Macheng Martyrs Cemetery, etc.

II. Deputy Secretary Yu Xiaozhou listened to the reports and arranged work for the near term

1. Reasonably plan and carry out the guide for summer social survey in 2022;

2. Do well in the graduate forum and reception day by school leaders;

3. Continue to promote 2021 graduates employment work;

4. Invite vice president Liu Jie to teach ideological and political courses for student leaders;

5. Organize the graduation ceremony and degree awarding.

III. The meeting summarized the experience and practice of the joint theme-focused Party day activity between this School and Intelligent Technology., Co., Ltd of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, and believed that the joint Party building mode between this School and enterprise was effective and popular and could be promoted.
