The Third Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic information in March

On the afternoon of March 24, the third regular meeting of the student affairs leading group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in March was held in Conference Room 502, No. 2 Teaching Building. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.

I. Deputy Secretary Yu Xiaozhou arranged work for the near term

1. She conveyed the work arrangement of the deputy secretary regular meeting of the University held on March 23. All counselors should make overall arrangements and planning for student-related activities in 2021 around the celebration of the centennial of the founding of the Party and the study and education of the Party history. The student organizations should make annual work plans and complete the relevant work with quality and quantity on schedule.

2. Continue to promote the employment work, make employment account, make statistics on the students taking second-round postgraduate entrance examination, and strengthen the guidance, to effectively improve the quality of entrance examination.

3. Continue to implement honesty education, and guide students to establish the rules and bottom line consciousness and observe the rules and regulations in “Student Handbook”.

4. Further intensify the guidance of Party Building Office to the student party branches, hold regular work meetings for Party branch secretaries, unify the thinking, strengthen theoretical study, and standardize the work procedures.

5. Continue to strengthen the guiding role of the Youth League Committee in the student union and graduate union.

II. At the meeting, the participants discussed and reached a consensus on 2021 student affairs work program of the School and the organization and preparation of the spring sports.
