Internal Post Competition System of the Experimental Center

I. General

1. Interpretation of internal competitive employment: Internal post competition refers to an internal talent deployment method in which internal employees apply for posts according to the post setting and number, and the center organizes the employment team to determine the post candidates according to the past years’ work, assessment, post setting and number of the post applicants.

2. Scope: All teachers (except for part-time management teachers of the Center) of the Teaching and Experimental Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information.

3. Purpose of post competition: It is to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the teachers in the Center, to improve the vitality of internal competition, to promote the improvement of teaching quality and practice safety, to make the management scientific, standardized and institutionalized, and to pursue the rational allocation of talents.

5. The system is applicable to regular competition and temporary adjustment competition. Regular competition means that the School and Center organize competition for posts every four years according to the posts and number. Temporary adjustment competition is a competition organized by the School and Center according to the post adjustment needs of the Center. The tenure system is adopted in the competition: except for the part-time management teachers in the Center, the tenure of all the teachers in the Center is four years. Once the tenure is expired, they will be re reemployed. Each candidate should fill at least two posts.

6. The organizational structure of post competition: the relevant leaders, experts and center leaders of the School form the employment team.

7. Responsibilities of the employment team

According to the work, assessment, post setting and number of the candidates over the years, the employment team will review and determine the results of the competition in combination with the post competition application of the Center, and the Center shall report the results to the School.

8. Examination methods and contents

9. Qualification examination: Participants in the competition must meet the basic requirements of no adverse records and no major safety and teaching accidents.

10. Evaluation: The employment team shall evaluate the post application of those who have passed the qualification examination, and the evaluation shall be based on the annual assessment results of the past two years, main achievements and awards, post setting and number.

11. Announcement of the results

After the evaluation, the employment team will determine the final result of the competition, which will be publicized to all the teachers of the Center by the management personnel, and report the result to the School, and the School will determine the final result of the competition.

12. Treatment of disobedience to the final result of competition

After the final result of competition is announced, all members of the Center shall obey the result, immediately carry out work on the new post and abide by the corresponding job responsibilities. For those who do not obey the final result of post competition, the School will deal with in accordance with the relevant provisions of post waiting.
