·Advantages and features: The team is committed to the research of microminiaturization and integration of optical electromechanical driving and sensing systems, focusing on environmental monitoring, fixed-point diagnosis, biochemical detection and other fields. The team is characterized by relying on the disciplines of mechanical engineering and electronic information, focusing on interdisciplinary integration, exploring micro drive and sensing technology for aviation, medical, environmental protection and other fields, as well as its system integration on chip.

Main Research Achievements of the Team
In recent years, the team has published more than 80 SCI papers in the top international and authoritative journals, such as Lab on a Chip, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters, IEEE Photonics Journal, Optics Letters, Optics Express, etc., and has been granted more than 10 patents, including 5 in the United States and Europe.
