Notice for Opening Postgraduate Information System and Service

Teachers and students:

Under the special circumstance of fighting against the epidemic, according to the working arrangement of Ministry of Education, Hubei Provincial Department of Education and CUG, Network and Information Center, School of Graduate and the system developer have made the technical maintenance for user’s use security recently. The information system will be opened in the working day as of Feb. 17, 2020. The particulars are shown as follows:

I. Opening time

It will be opened at 8 a.m. and closed at 6 p.m. in the working day. The service will be closed at the weekend for operational maintenance such as equipment and data check.  

II. System security prompt

All of the teachers and the students shall further strengthen network security consciousness, set and regularly change the high intensity password according to the system prompt, protect the user name and password, do not disclose to any other person, do not believe any behavior of asking for user name and password with contact method (such as short message, telephone or e-mail).  

In case of failure to login the system or the prompt of “no such user” or “the user is locked” and so on, please feed it back to the graduate secretary teacher of the educating unit for summarization and the information office will feed it back to the school in time after uniform processing.    

In order to not affect the operation of graduate information management service in the new semester, each division shall make good preparations in advance and tell each. Sorry for the inconveniences and grateful for your understanding and support!
