Sun Qinglei, male, associate professor, is a PhD of the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Postdoctoral Fellow of IC Advanced Packaging Team of the City University of Hong Kong, joint training PhD at the Department of Energy Conversion and Storage, Technical University of Denmark, CUG Scholar Young Talents Program (A), external evaluation expert for national high-tech enterprises, member of the Third-Generation Semiconductor Young Innovative Committee, director of the Chinese Ceramic Society Testing Branch, and young director of the Mineral Materials Branch of Chinese Ceramic Society.

He has presided over a number of national, provincial and ministerial level government-sponsored and enterprise-sponsored projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, the Guangdong Provincial Fund for Basic and Applied Basic Research, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the development projects entrusted by Shenzhen high-tech enterprises. He has published more than 40 academic papers including 14 papers in SCI journals as the first author, and has been granted 4 Chinese invention patents. He serves as a reviewer for several internationally recognized journals such as Applied Clay Science, Additive Manufacturing, and Virtual and Physical Prototyping.

Deep ultraviolet LED all inorganic packaging, and low blue light, high light efficiency, high-power white light LED packaging

Research on physical/chemical vapor deposition and high frequency acoustic response properties of thin films

Power device packaging, advanced packaging, wafer packaging, low temperature bonding, TSV metal wiring technology

Micro/nanofabrication technology, photolithography, developing, engraving, etching and electroplating technology

Photocuring and direct writing 3D printing technology


Admission

Students who are proactive, passionate about scientific research, hardworking and down-to-earth, and resistant to loneliness, with backgrounds in materials, chemistry, gemmology, mechanics and physics, are welcome to apply for the master program, and we support the students to participate in domestic and international academic conferences and joint training during their studies. The team maintains close cooperation with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable and other well-known universities and enterprises, providing students with learning and exchange opportunities to participate in international cooperation and industry-university-research cooperation projects.
