Research Fields

Cross-integration studies on intelligent robotics, cluster unmanned systems, graph neural networks, advanced control and other technologies around the frontier basic problems in the field of artificial intelligence such as robotics, automatic control and deep learning

Research on intelligent control of clustered unmanned systems under visual feedback and cooperative control of multi-robot systems based on machine vision and intelligent control algorithms; advanced control of Human-in-the-loop teleoperated robots

Optimization and control of smart power system (including smart grid, renewable energy system), power big data analysis

 

Scientific Research

He has presided over 4 programs supported by the national funds, 2 programs supported by Hubei Provincial Fund and 10 programs sponsored by enterprises and institutions, published more than 150 papers in the fields of robotics, automatic control and artificial intelligence, including 116 SCI papers (31 in IEEE Transactions and Automatica, 7 ESI highly cited papers), wrote one chapter of a Springer monograph and one chapter of an Elsevier monograph, and has been granted several invention patents

Reviewer of journals such as IEEE TAC and Automatica; review awards of many international journals such as IJRNC, JFI, and AJC

Section Co-Chair of the 38th Chinese Control Conference, the Special Section Organizer of the 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, the Keynote Speaker of ICMES 2017. Invited presentation at the theme forum of the 22nd China International Mechanical and Electrical Products Fair
